Crockers  Ash  Scratch  Band
Funky foot-stomping rhythms with a raw, rough edge. The band was formed five years ago by long-time friends and band-mates, Phil Cave and Karl Jennings. The band has gone from strength to strength since then, and today's line up boasts a variety of extremely skilled musicians.
Three people, smart clothes, at least one beard. Flute, mandolin, guitar (sometimes more than one), uke, banjo. And singing. Occasional spoons. Some of our own stuff, some covers of songs, usually in time signatures unthought of by the original artists.
I'm a singer/songwriter based in Ross-on-Wye. I sing, and play and compose music with guitar, slide guitar, harmonica, didgeridoo and more... I play out regularly, and over summer played at the Rhythm Tree and Elementary music festivals.
